We accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date.

Condition
Items must be unworn, in resalable condition, and returned with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

All returned items are subject to inspection. Inspections are typically completed within 5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome, subject to item availability. If your requested exchange isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.


Refunds

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7–10 business days from the date your return shipment is received by our warehouse.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.


Shipping Fees

Free Shipping
We offer a free pre-paid shipping label for all exchanges and for returns due to defective items.

Return Shipping Fee
For all other returns, we provide a flat-rate $8 return shipping label. This amount will be deducted from your refund.


Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 calendar days of your original order, we’re happy to honor the lower price. Just email us at hello@josefseibelusa.com to request a price adjustment.
